GDH employees can participate in comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for themselves and their families, to include zero-dollar procedure options. Employees are also offered short-term and long-term disability, as well as life insurance options.

GDH is committed to helping employees improve their health and wellbeing.  With that in mind, employees are provided with a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program which provides you and your family members with confidential, personal support on a variety of important topics such as stress management, dependent/elder care, as well as legal and financial issues.  In addition, employees are provided a free membership to an online health platform, which provides personalized solutions for virtual fitness, mindfulness, and nutrition.

GDH values our employees and has a team of dedicated care coordinators to answer any questions you may have as well as provide excellent customer service.

Employees are eligible to participate in the 401 (K) program following six months of continuous employment. GDH provides 401 (K) matching equal to 50% of up to the first 6% contributed, starting one year after employment.

Upon completing 1,100 consecutive work hours, employees receive holiday pay for GDH-observed holidays. 

GDH provides employees an opportunity to purchase pet insurance to take care of fur babies.

GDH employees receive discounts on gym memberships, movies, travel, and purchases at participating retail stores.

Refer qualified candidates for approved positions, and receive a bonus after they’re employed for 90 days.
